The hotel is good. In September 2023 the double bed room charge was 2352/- including GST. The room has all facilities (cleanliness, towel, blanket, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair drier in bathroom, electric kettle, ingredients to make instant tea, work desk and chair, slipper, complementary breakfast {4 puri and sabji/ bread jam/ sandwich} boiled egg, 2pc 500ml water bottle, AC, fan, Lift). So your stay will be pleasant.
Outlook of the hotel is backward towards couples. Maybe it's because burdwan is still a few centuries behind on public mindset. Food is good. Room service is good. Rates are also decent. Facilities are value for money.
In Hotel, Bless Inn, in the name of complementary breakfast, I paid 1100 more in addition to room rent for Delux room booking from 1.6.2023 to 3.6.2023 and when I went to hotel restaurant at around 7.30 AM on 2.6.2023, I was surprised to know that no buffet breakfast is there and only one option from the list of one egg omelette bread/ Subzi Puri/ Meggi/ cornflakes can be served to customers in their room. So one egg omelette is costing around Rs 550. Their staff service is really poor. No body picks phone in morning till 8AM. No body bothered to provide even water bottles in morning.
It is situated at great central location where everything is within walking distance. I stayed at Bless Inn for a day, really enjoyed its location in the city centre. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was really delicious with varied options, and the room was nice and had all the amenities. The staff were really very helpful not only during check in or check out rather during the whole stay, I must say that the services and staff were quite efficient. I would suggest everyone, if you are placing a visit there, you must opt for Bliss Inn without a second thought. It even had a wonderful restaurant where you can dine in. bless inn makes little impression. my blanket was unclean, but they changed it when i pointed that out. rooms are functional. one big minus: they don't have nearby parking. for me the valet parking didn't work both on arrival and at departure, i was told that their driver was on leave. but the adjacent restaurant - the second wife - was good. but i'd recommend not to book "breakfast included" deals, because they don't serve breakfast in the restaurant. rather they send lousy overpriced breakfast to the room. rather have it somewhere else.
