Worst behaviour of staffs. The old man in reception demands extra money. He won't give the advance amount or tell the stay is for 12 hours.The 2 cleaning women in the place do not help with room service rather always busy talking video calls. The management has no idea of these old man and cleaning women demanding money. Booked the rooms as it near to tidel park but had bad experience because of staffs.

First the lady that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude. Old man say will not recommend for stay.

Worst stay ever.. place not clean and receptionist rude behavior.. please don't go to this place as it's the worst room.. the rooms were not clean we told the owner also but they didn't take any action to clean they blamed me didn't return back of advance payment.. their intention is only getting money.. Fake promising i asked for hot water before booking but hot water not coming after booking and No power backup half hour Blood stains in bedsheet i complaint regarding that but they blamed me we are changed yesterday only new one this is your mistakes for it's happened and they charged me for 500 for bed sheets washing charges Inside the room condom pockets are in cupboard attached the photos 2000 room booking charges 500 for bedsheet washing charges no water bottle no Towels and other things for customer Customer care is very worst If you planned pleasant stay many good places are there cheaper than this room so don't ever go to this place.. One of the worst service apartments I stayed in Life .Worst in cleanliness as well as the approach or house owner and staff I am taking time as I am really irritated with this kind of experience.PFB the category wise review . Hospitality : 1.Let us Start from Reception .Very unpleasant staff and owner . No responsibility for owner as well as the receptionist. The receptionist irritates us right from the time we check in with the statement "Rules and Rules" and he need only money , does not even listen to the questions or doubts guest has. When we ask something (Even about cleanliness of the room or towel or water in the toilet) , his reply will be " Owner need to decide " Finally he said he have only the duty of taking money and does not have other role. 2. We checked in, one room toilet was not cleaned , one room flush was not working , one room ac was not working, one room cigarettes' smell and parts were there. . Final answer from receptionist is " he have only responsibility of taking money before guest check in and no one is there to check quality of cleaning , owner is handling". Reply from owner is ," Your expectations are high and this is what we have " 3. No towel , nothing 4. Available parking owner will park , and the guests need to park their vehicle in road 5. No lights in corridors. No responsible staff to address this. Cleanliness I already mentioned rooms and toilets were not cleaned properly , only their reception in ground floor is neat. Even pillows and bedsheets provided has yellow marks in white colour and the rooms had smoking smell. Overall , please do not opt this apartment for your stay. Do not get fooled by the photos they provided in the website . They are not supportive too.

Very worst and rude people running this apartment, we were in the marriage hall and the apartment person was calling us and asked us to come to the apartment in the middle of the function as if he is running some boys hostel! Very rude and never seen such a disrespectful person, we felt really bad for our relatives as we made them stay in this apartment! Very bad service not clean and never gonna recommend it at all!

This is the worst service apartment anyone can pick to stay. Unruly rude management, stinky bathrooms, dusty bedrooms, absolutely no basic facilities and extremely unhygienic on the whole. We checked in at 6:00 in the evening and had to leave the place by 11:00 in the night as the bathroom stench was unbearable. We paid the full room rent of Rs. 4500 including the deposit of Rs 500 and of course they refused to give us a refund. The Rs 500 for the extra bed is a complete joke too. Unable to upload pictures and videos of this disgusting place for everyone's reference.
