I have purchased a blackberry blazer frm panjim caculo mall store panjim goa The blazer was defective with colour stain on it Bill was not given to me while purchasing neither soft nor hard copy. staff was worst rude behaviour Dint even exchange the product even in 5 days

Very bad experience. Waste of time Recently I visited store where it was told there is buy 2 get get 2 offer available. So i selected shirt & t shirt from the offer selection area. When I went for billing they couldn't able to give me offer as the one shirt was not having offer. On asking sales person he's saying by mistake this shirt was kept in offer section & instead of trying to sort out he's insisting me to Select one more item so that i will get offer. Concern kindly look into.

BlackBerry brand offers a wonderful collection of clothes made with high-quality fibers, and the staff is excellent in assisting.

Good staff but didn't honour the commitment to deliver stuff ontime. Had to remind them and the stuff is still awaited after the event for which it was purchased is over, courtesy BLACKBERRY.

This store has one of the largest and most sought out collection of apparels and accessories. The store staff too is very courteous. Special shout to Mr. Kalpesh who walked that extra mile and helped us to get our outfits steam pressed and that too on a Sunday morning when all nearby laundrys were closed. Kudos to the store owner and Blackberrys team for "Customer First" approach !
