If you're into mesmerizing views, warm hospitality and delicious Kerala cuisine, this place is a must visit. The ambience is well crafted and curated. So is the food and people there are amazing. A special mention to Ranjith at the reception, Sanal at the restaurant front desk and the chef!! Thank you for a wonderful treatment and an amazing meal. Visiting again for sure. (For people who feel this is a haunted place and unable to find it at night, all we hope for you is a better vision)

Excellent food, great views and wonderful staffs. We had a nice lunch at the restaurant. Good climate. Nice to see the greenary around. Good that they did not chop the trees for the view. The buggy ride to the restaurant was also great.

This place is really relaxing - stunning views and the restaurant sits high above the valley. It's a steep road down to the rooms but they have a golf car which takes you to your room. The restaurant has a beautiful view over the valley. The service is polite and the food is very good. The menu offers lot to eat and foot is delicious. The breakfast is wonderful and holds a lot of different homemade jam and bread. Go there! You like it

Stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is very kind and friendly. We got to meet the owner on one of the days and he was a very happy man who treats his employees like family. The staff was very attentive. The food tasted great. The rooms are comfortable. Excellent location! Wonderful views

Sejour debut Avril 2023 Un petit paradis ! L'hotel est perche sur une colline au milieu des arbres. Plus bas les plantations de the offrent un paysage magnifique ! Chaque client a sa petite maisonnette en hauteur. C'est un 2 pieces tres agreable avec balcon (avec petit coin bureau dans la chambre). Le lit est top ! Il est immense et le matelas est tres confortable. Il y a un service laverie si on veut. Des petites savons ayurvediques et autres produits sont offerts dans la sdb. Le restaurant est tres agreable, il est vitre ce qui permet de profiter de la vue. On y mange bien. Le soir, l'hotel offre un feu de camp devant le restaurant. C'est tres agreable de s'assoir autour. Cote spa, nous avons opte pour le << sisal seduction >>, qui offre un massage assez dynamique et un bain de lait et de petales de fleurs. En revanche je trouve que le gommage dure un peu trop longtemps (j'aurais prefere moins de gommage et plus de massage) et donne froid (apparemment c'est les composants du gommage qui donnent froid, mais justement, le faire moins longtemps serait mieux). Et cela n'est pas tres judicieux de faire le sauna apres le gommage. En principe c'est l'inverse. Le tapis de pieds a l'entree de la cabine du sauna est tres sale, c'est peut-etre un detail, mais je trouve que pour le prix, le souci du detail est important. Par ailleurs, le service du restaurant laisse parfois a desirer. Ils sont tres gentils mais un peu lents.

Lovely restaurant tucked away in the Munnar hills. The resort more broadly is also amazing and has a beautiful ethos of caring for the environment and supporting their staff - two things you don't always find in this country! Well done Blackberry for showing how it should be done.

Enjoyed food with a majestic view of hills and Idukki dam. Food is prepared fresh after the order is placed. Cost is bit high but as everyone knows that hills are costly.

Very good food and service I really recommend to stop here to enjoy the view !
