A very great experience. In this 1 month 1 thing that developed is confidence, now i feel that i will be able to maintain my fitness wherever i am. Anybody be it a beginner or not will learn something new here. Unlike traditional Gym, here one learns many things like self defence, weight training and also calisthenics.
Trainers are very experienced and they understand the capacity of a person and suggest training accordingly. I wish I could continue but have to leave to work place.
