I have been to so many stylists that I was a little leery about trying someone new. However, upon a referral, I went to Black & White and was NOT disappointed. To have someone actually listen to what I wanted in a cut was refreshing! Have visited couple of times here. Employees did not respond properly to questions. You have to tell or ask anything couple of times to get a reply. Please pay attention to your customers and treat them well.
