The gym ambiance is very good .owner of the gym Mr.ashwin is so kind and hs great knowledgeable on fitness. He has both weightlifting equipments and cross fit machines . The fees is also so reasonable and affordable

Not good
There is no problem when we do the workout on 2 plates but when we do on 6 plates it feels like the machine is falling on me and it is swinging so much extension mechine pec fly over shaking this gym not for fitness and weght loss
The service was terrible. The person who worked there insulted us but thought himself that he was very funny. This kind of service should no person offer to any customer ever. It was disgraceful.
