It is the amazing place! Nearly 1 km from the beach with the zigzag and signs board which gives the feel like live the puzzlesl.
The building and the infrastructure is very good with spacious rooms ,neat and clean ground , water facility is 24 hrs available.it also has a library which consists of various book on travelling, travelling guide ,maps etc.Alsoit the place of attraction for foreigners. Its totally different from the hotel stay , feel extremely familiar to hostel and the caretaker is also the very good man. The facility for food is not available at this place

Owner disegards the guests. He kept working on his laptop while he ordered me to fill up the register inside and also find the key kept inside.
The room was clean. No towels provided. Extra charge was asked for towel. Very poor water supply. No blanket provided. No ceiling fan in the room. Just a fan on the side wall which had no effect. Complained to the owner but he said noting can be done about it. Very hot to stay without fan. The minimum expectation from a room is clean bedsheets, clean bathroom with proper water and a fan. Very disappointed. It is only good for dormitory bookings. Private rooms are not at all recommended.
BLA BLA hostel is one of the great hostel which i have experienced. It is at a quiet nice place, apart from the noise of city or main road.
The environment is great here. I got to have a chat with the other travellers and Raman, the manager cum friend here will help you in every way.
The beach is just 3 min walk from hostel (to be exact 2 min 50 sec).
Running low on budget? Well then this is the place for you. The toilets and rooms are clean and spacious. Varkala cliff is quite near to this place, probably at 2-3 mins walking distance. I just wish they had a proper ceiling fan instead of the table fan attached on the wall.
Rooms were pretty good. Attached bathroom is also good. The hostel is very near from Varkala Cliff. No space for parking vehicles though. Hostel is not Air conditioned. Fans were dusty. Only one table fan was available. Although its value for money.
Nice peaceful place to stay just 5 minute walk from Varkala beach. We had very nice time at Bla Blah with other people. The host Goodwin is such a nice guy we enjoyed music and conversation on various issues with him. Very genuine and reliable guy.
Nice and clean room with lockers, open kitchen , good WiFi & a lovely host make this hostel more than value for money. Location is awesome , just 3 minute from Helipad and 5 minutes from beach & all restaurants. Choose this Hostel just not for stay but for the chill vibes ;)
Bla bla hostel is one of the most backpacking friendly, chill hostel in varkala. If you're looking for a Low Budget stay this is the place to be. The property manager is quite organised and very helpful! Beds are basic but the vibe of the hostel makes everything magical. 10/10 would recommend if you want to meet great travellers and have a chill holiday!
