Average hospital. Cleaning is properly placed. AC rooms are good but need to add freshness pocket. Doctors are very polite and helpful. Staff is good and helpful.

Good hospital for pregnancy and pregnant women as well as for small kids (babies).

Hospital service is very poor. I have been waiting for 1 hour for a dressing after a minor operation. There is no one to listen and no one at the reception to help.

It is a blissful moment for me to enter into the fatherhood life. I became father of a lovely son on 8th February 2021 at B L Tiwari Memorial hospital. Here i would like to express my sincere thanks to the doctor ma'am who took my case and looked after the whole procedure very well. I think that if there was someone else on her place, she would have done the operation but she worked very hard for normal delivery and gave me courage also. And the staff there was very supportive. Though I was alone there with my wife, they did not let me realize that I am the only one who have to manage all those things. I'm grateful for such a family like support which i received from lovely staff members.

Dr. Varsha tiwari ji is a very experienced doctor. Does her job very well... Some of the staff rajesh and amit are really kind enough to help the patient whenever needed... But some of the staff still needs to be more professional...

My personal recommendation, please avoid such doctors who forget their real occupation and start running in the race of earning money. My worst experience was on 17th December 2018, when I tried to admit my wife on a safer note. So that late night we don't need to rush to hospital but when we reach hospital their staf starting normal test like BP, heart rate etc. Despite of having normal BP, their staff after spoken with Dr. Varsha Tiwari on call informed me that your BP is very high and need to operate immediately otherwise there may be risk to both mother and child. When I requested him to measure again in front of me, then he shocked suddenly and try to threaten me you are taking risk with your wife and child life. I simply ignore his comments and ask me allot me one room for tonight as my wife was not having any problem as of now and when Doctor will come in this morning, we will decide according. He asked me to submit 2500 rs as a token amount and fill a form that you are liable if something went wrong during night. I signed that document without second thought and have submitted that amount and again he informed doctor Dr. Varsha Tiwari that we are alloting room for one night but Dr. Varsha Tiwari denied to allot room if we are not agreeing for operation right now. Room will only be provided if we agreeing for operation. Is this not a threat ???? Finally we start searching for new hospital despite taking 7-8 months treatment from Dr. Varsha Tiwari. Many hospitals denied to admit, but finally with the grace of God my wife got admitted and give a birth with a normal delivery procedure.. Now, you guys might be thinking that Dr. Varsha Tiwari was not available in the hospital then why she was forcing for operation. Actually, her husband was in the hospital for a planned surgery and she was just trying to operate my wife also without proper consultation so that they can make a good money and room booked for next 5-7 days.. Do you not think such pathetic doctor should be penalized or banned??? She is very polite in nature, but we one of the major test, as she never informed us.when we raised question regarding that test then she said their is very less probability at your wife's age so I have skip that test. In fact those must to check baby brain development. If there is an option to give negative star then I would give negative star to such careless and greedy....so called doctor.

My experience was very Bad with Dr Varsha Tiwari ( BL Tiwari hospital). She is very casual doctor in Mathura. Never listen the patient's problem and never ready to answer the patient's queries for which patient's are paying. She is not having more than 2 minutes to check the patient's. She is having very wrong attitude towards the service for which we are paying.

Hospitality is awesome and doctors are very supporting plus intelligent. Doctors of tiwari hospital have broad knowledge in their field. Staff is gentle and well behaved. Overall fantastic hospital.
