BL Residency (SAMRADDH) - Boy's Hostel in Kota - Kota, India

Its a very good hostel. They are professional. Though the charges are a bit high, they provide good ambience, clean premises, good food, common play room, gym, study room etc. Its recommended.

Terrible experience!! Hey there planning to live in BL residency 'samraddh' ? Get ready for the following things then : Ignorance by manager. He will only assure you that he will be working towards your problems but , he doesn't. He will stop replying to your messages too. Eventually, you will be forced to get your parents into talking to the manager to which , he will speak to them with 100%confidence for doing the task and will do nothing . At the end, you will end up exhausted and just pay the overpriced rent + the slap of heavy electricity bill. The food manager- not so different but , he will carry arrogancy and a furious face that you won't forget for the rest of your life. If you want french fries, *boom* you will not get them for another year. You want Nestle maggi ? *Bam* they got some weird looking water logged noodles. They provide free **WI-FI** (which will never be able to load a 720p video) GREAT SUCCESS So, if you got hoards of money lying around and a huge amount of time(which you will use for complaints), Welcome to the BL group.

Worst Experience! I want to give it 0 star but there is no option so I chosen 1 star for write a review. I had changed my hostel in a month. Because in hostel it had water problem, got black water in my room, there were many termites-insect nd my frnd room have same prblm. They hadn't gave my money, such a worse hostel, nd staffs were not given response nd manager was too greedy.

I stayed in BL SAMRADDH residency for more than 1 1/2 years.....it is very good hostel for students full condition and guidance....staff members are also very helpful....any complian strictly action are taken....so in my opinion it is a best place to live in kota...food quality and quantity is excellent ....even manager of hostel is very helpful and sweet person...

Water problem, food quality depends on senerio,as if there were parents or admission time they will give good quality and then decrease the quality,not worth as of the high fees they ask.

Stayed at this hostel for 1 year The owner of BL residency is complete fraud and most greedy person you'll ever see ! They will charge you for unnecessary things Whilst I was staying at this hostel someone broke the TV in gaming room I never even went to that gaming room in my entire stay at this hostel but they fined everyone living in the hostel for that. They say they've CCTV cameras but idk what is the use of them when they can't even find who did the damage. Now the electricity bill They have put locks on the meters so you won't be able to see your meter readings whenever you want and at the end they end up charging you a lot more When I switched to another hostel my electricity bills were reduced to half !!! Also the food lol They say they've got the best food but don't let them fool you. I've seen expired breads with fungus in it, insects (cockroaches and moths ) inside the food they make. The only positive thing when I stayed there was that the warden was good ( Raghu shekhawat) but again that won't help you much My advice will be that don't get trapped by the good looking building and rooms the stay overall is horrible at this place and when you know that you're being charged much more than what you should be your concentration and peace of mind will get affected and that's not a good thing for your goals!! Very high rent. One can great accomodation at a lesser rent. And very high electric charges too. People generally charge Rs. 10 or 11 per unit. But they charge Rs. 15 per unit. Which is very very high in comparison to other. Big time looters and Cheaters. There manager is impolite and also charged my brother for Paint and several other things. They don't even refund security. Just stay away.

A very well maintained hostel with a park in front for refreshments. A very warm and peaceful environment for students to focus on their studies. The park in front is very big so you can play sports like cricket , football etc. But the thing you have to know before visiting there is you have to eat food there only. You can not separate you mess and from students review we found that the food given there is not good in terms of taste and quality . So be aware.
