BKM Memorial Hospital - Hospital in Payyanur - Kannur, India

Not a cleaned hospital and not following basic hygiene standards. My daughter was admitted there four days , due to mosquitoes bites she did not sleep well and lot of red spot in her body. As a hospital it's not acceptable. Give importance to patient's health.

Disappointing experience with the hospital management. They don't accept cards or UPI for payment, only Cash is accepted. If we ask for a bill, given a tiny piece of papper manually written which they call it as bill Parking is limited and congested.

Such a cheap mentality hospital they gave my.dads body to be kept in priyadarshini hospital .just to save their freezer mortuary charge .they switched off freezer ,where my dads body was kept hours ,before we recieved him and blood started oozing out of his mouth while the rituals showers

They wont accept card payments, so if there is any major surgery do we need to carry money in suitcase and get in to the hospital ? Come one admin team if its a shawarma shop we can accept it, its a reputed hospital and in the mid of town,its really painful to handle liquid money, it's difficult to pay via G pay or phonepe or any UPI payment such a big amount, Please get updated yourself

Worst experience with Dr mahesh (paediatrician)...horribly waiting for 2 and half hour...buisiness is the only aim...

On my all recent visit, it is observed that staffs are compelling patients to remove there foot wear out side the premises. We do follow, but some people never followed the request ( attenders, staff nurses, medical reps and even doctors) which is high risk to other patients those who are following the rule. When informed about this to the reception, they just ignored without any comments. Visitors pls take much care about your helath

Dealing with Pharmacy staff in second floor is utter waste of time. There were only a handful of patients and enough staff inside. We waited almost half an hour and no sign of us getting served. When checked with staff again they insist to get from pharmacy outside saying that it would get delayed further and there is no intention to help customers. You should keep some staff who has some commitment to customers or at least to the hospital paying them

They do not give priorities to the patients, they work as to their convenience. Pathetic service and untrustworthy. Useless of making appointments, they will decide when you will see the doctor how emergency it is, they lie on your face. It's painful experience.
