BKC Corporate Hostel - Backpacker Hostel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I stayed here for three days. Dastgeer and Abdul salam are very helpful and attend to you on request. The rooms do have cockroaches. However, they were on walls, not bed. The rooms were regularly cleaned and being refurnished when I stayed there. The place is next to both bus and rail terminals and good food spots are within 2 kms.

It was great stay for bachelor, came for visa interview. Azad reception manager and the staff were very helpful. Stayed i standard common room, its good if youare coming alone.

Worst experience 1. Building shown in pic is not same now, you will find garbage in and around. 2. LIft is not functional. 3. People have painted the staircase with spitting. 4. In room bed lining are not at all cleaned. 5. Most worst is that you will have sleep with other guests( Cockroaches) even on your bed also. Find very unhygienic.

It is in slum area. No hygiene. Very dirty. Stuff behaviour is so rude. And robbery is very common here. Never recommended such a worst ever hostel

It was a good experience of staying at this facility. Azad, Dastagir and Jeevan are extremely professional and helpful. The location as such is great, but the building where the facility is located is pretty old. But, it's proximity to the Bandra Terminus and the major corporates is a huge advantage. Best for transit travelers and those looking for budget accommodation.

Worst staff behaviour. I went to Mumbai for my visa interview and had to stay there for 3 nights . The staff says that I cannot walk here and there when I want to go meet my friend in the room beside . Never heard anything like this before and the staff is very rude and asks to pay extra money and once my visa got approved , the service boy comes to me and talks to super sweet so that I give him money only until an hour before that he was super rude for all three days . Also the stay looks completely opposite of how it looks in the photos . It is super dirty and the walls are super thin that the conversation in the room beside is completely audible .I couldn't concentrate for my visa interview preparation at all .

Good location Azad and abdul both were very polite. Photo shown is different from what is actually there.

The worst experience I have ever had was through hotel. There was a big mouse in the room. After traveling a whole day, we entered the room and the food was mashed up. We thought it had fallen from the table. But after some time, a big mouse came under the bed and jumped on the table. We informed a housekeeping guy but he said, the mouse will not harm you and sleep. That was very rude behavior. After telling him that we need to change the room, he woke up and said, the room will not be changed. I'll help you to find a mouse. When he checked the room we found a bone under the bed and that was pathetic. We found a mouse at 3 AM. We want you to take some action on that and get a full refund from the hotel as it ruined our entire night and the next day.
