I had been there to change ront wheel cover of my scooter there. It is very busy over there. Anyhow they changed it and returned on time.

RTR technician is a dumb person. He is not trained properly. He can't identify issues. Recently I went with starting trouble due to electric problem. They changed my rtr plug and fixed with an old rusty 180 apache plug. Each and every service I used to go one more time to correct mistake. They broke my oil cap and tried to fix with gum. Also missed to fix washer which prevent water getting inside at cone set. He is the least cared mechanic ever i have seen. If you owned RTR stay away from them.
Tvs vehicles are good but bad service and customer care is extremely bad. If you are a Gentleman this place is not for us... I asked about the service person about my vehicle's present condition, he told me that you want to find your vehicles complaints and he will only repair those like a robot...The service person didnt even Ride my tvs jupiter to find the complaint any way no petrol lose from my vehicle. Its better to find an ordinary workshop as i did after this incident.
