recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great night's sleep each night. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful

Hotel is very good to stay but their rigidity is a big question for everyone. now a days all hotels are trying to offer best services to their customers. but here situation is different, for example, i went for business travel to Rajkot and it was difficult time in Saurashtra region due to cyclone. Usually I have to meet many people for business purpose but this hotel staff was so rigid and not allowing even to my colleague to meet me in my room. what nonsense excuse was given that we don't allow guest to visit room. why not?? second example, due to bad weather, i couldn't go outside and planned to have dinner at my room. i called to in room dining for order.i was told that they will call me back in 2-3 min. but nobody called and i waited for 1 HR and then went outside for dinner. Rules are being made for betterment rather than differentiation and creating problems to others.

Good-sized rooms with good amenities and pleasant ambiance. But for us when I visited with colleagues what stood out was the efficient service with a will to help and satisfactorily, concluded the issue faced by us. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and the front-office together with the concerned technical team came up and helped resolve the issue. This is praiseworthy service, where most places don't have good service The breakfast spread was also good, with good options for hot food and delicious local flavors. Next time I visited I will try local Gujarati dishes All in all, a good, pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotpot was well-prepared, and the ingredients complemented each other nicely. It left a pleasant impression on our taste buds. Pad Thai Noodles (Something new): The Pad Thai Noodles offered a refreshing twist on traditional Thai cuisine. The dish had a unique combination of flavors, incorporating the tanginess of tamarind and the subtle heat of chili peppers. It was a delightful departure from the usual fare and provided an interesting culinary experience. Cheddar Cheese Lasagna (Was ok ok): The Cheddar Cheese Lasagna was average in terms of taste. It lacked depth and could have benefited from more seasoning or additional ingredients to enhance its taste. Sun-Dried Tomatoes Ravioli Pasta in Pesto Sauce (Not too good): Unfortunately, the Sun-Dried Tomatoes Ravioli Pasta in Pesto Sauce didn't meet our expectations. The dish lacked flavor and failed to deliver the vibrant and aromatic experience one would expect from a pesto-based dish. The sun-dried tomatoes didn't shine through, and the pasta itself was slightly overcooked. Overall, our dining experience at the restaurant was okay, with some hits and misses. While the Mexican Hotpot and Pad Thai Noodles stood out as enjoyable dishes, the Italian Sizzler, Cheddar Cheese Lasagna, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes Ravioli Pasta in Pesto Sauce left room for improvement. The restaurant could work on enhancing the taste profiles of their dishes to provide a more satisfying culinary experience.
