Bite of kolkatta Kathi rolls, Shivalik Nagar, haridwar - Takeout restaurant in Haridwar, Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited Ran - Haridwar, India

I have visited this location multiple times, and I have had consistently positive experiences there. One highlight was trying their delicious soya chaap roll, which I found to be excellent. Additionally, I appreciated the polite and well-mannered staff member (female,i am not quite sure if she was a staff memeber or owner there)who took my order at the counter. However, it would have enhanced my experience further if there were more seating options available, as the current seating area is limited.

A big NO ... Undercooked kathi roll from inside and will taste different everytime you order... we ordered 2 of the egg chix kathi rolls and the lady on counter will greet you with smile and top it up with english so you feel like you are at an authentic kathi roll shop but when you confront them that the kathi roll is not even slightly cooked from one side they together will tell you thats what a kathi roll is. This can work with someone who isn't associated with food industry. Will soon post a picture.

Rols are average chicken are good. Service is not ok Overall if you have much time , you may go

The rolls were tasty. But it's too costly.

I have tried their double Malai Mix Veg and double Malai Crispy Cheese rolls. Stuffing is good but quite spicy, especially in the Malai Crispy Cheese roll Chilly content dominated the taste letting me sweat and nose to flow. Rolls are otherwise okay but I won't say great. One serving is enough to compensate for the lunch. The staff's behaviour was good. They do not accept payment by card nor provide the bill which is something I do not like. So either cash or Paytm. The rolls were prepared fresh and hot, but expect some 15 mins of waiting time.

the food is good, not too expensive either but the service is slim to non, as with lots of places, "don't like it don't buy it from us" mindset is really strong but oh well. bring your own carry bag If u want it for home because apparently this is the only place in the entire area where govt is enforcing the rule of no poly bags with all their might
