Forget everything just listen to the main facts about this PG, I'm from Bangalore, Karnataka One of best pg in BBS i am staying here 3 month but i have no issues so if u come in BBS kindly stay here Great experience . owner & whole family very friendly no any disturbance, makes me more comfortable May allah bless you. Keep it up ...... Deserve to be 5 star

I urge every viewing once don't come to this pg, this pg is not at all worth it. Owner doesn't bother your words and the photos given here all are fake. This place is full of unhygienic for food& toilet. Toilet, kitchen are full of leeches, very nasty to survive. Coming to the bedroom, we are living in a double bed sharing, which it cost 5500 per bed and the owner taken security money of 1000 per bed which he didn't return (and the price I have given can fluctuate means we are giving total 6500, same room next to our room they're paying 7500).This is worst PG in Bhubaneshwar. The rating above which you have seen are been manipulated, the fake 4-5 star ratings are been given by there families and relatives, this is boys pg how can a girl/ women know this place and given ratings and comments.

It's a scammer 1st I had called visual villa and a man asked me to book online and pay 2000 as booking advance before even visiting the room. Later on I found that he is a scammer because When I was visited the villa it's owner was unknown about such kind of scammer and he gave me his original number... The room is gud but small and per head 5500 p.m

Forget everything just listen main facts about this PG, i am sure u all will definitely like this( as already experienced): 1) The food: You wont get like this much good quality and varieties of foods anywhere. Very sured about this. 2) location: perfect location i have seen. I did not get any type of problems due to this location. 3) Owner behavior: owner is very co-operative and has good behaviour. 4) rooms are satisfied. For adults it can be perfect choice. In the end, what else u need to know.

I m currently staying in this PG from 18 months. Noticed today that 2 persons give 1 star & comments bad against Owner. Seriously say I saw them & their activities that day. Really they are nonsense & their activities like a thief. When they knew security is very tight in this PG, they wanted to leave. If I m in place of Owner, then I ll collect full 5 days payment. When all hostels were closed during Covid period, only this PG was open with food. He regularly purchased veg, grocery all from market with infection risk but never stop food. We & some other boarders couldn't go home for lock down. But we never faced any problem. This PG is best, best, best.....

Rakesh Bhai.. thank you so much. Definitely, you helped me a lot. Hello everyone... You should visit to this PG.. I stayed there for more than 20 days.. the owners are very good... You will get the behaviour just like ur family. I never noticed any type of bad behaviour with anyone(the other residents) during this time. Good food, drinking water, Toilet- bathrooms are good, 24x7 free high-speed wifi... then what do you want more.. Many college students are also there who have been staying since months... Guys you will not get any problems.. I request the people.. plz don't create bad image of this PG to others. You are not able to post good comments then just leave it.. but don't blame to this type of places.. Many people are there who are not able to get rooms in BBSR... They will suffer just for ur bad comments... and My suggestion to the persons who need rooms in BBSR.. don't believe this type of bad comments.. Just call to the contact number and visit to this place.. I think you will be definitely satisfied..

Worst pg with even worse and careless owner. It's better to live anywhere else than here. Also photos are fake And to keep good star reviews on google, he forces everyone here to give only 5 star. He behave good at first but after a month everything changes. Even at this price, they provide the lowest standard food and service. He only wants money and doesn't care about the people staying at all. To save money. he provides only 1 dish with rice for lunch and roti for dinner, that too very bad quality. He doesn't listen to any service requests to clean or fix things for weeks and even months. There is no laundry or room cleaning service. You have to do everything yourself and also the sanitation is the worst with toilet water everywhere.

My stay was just the worse. Lodging that the owner provided when i reached was almost a dark room in the ground floor, i could not open the window because there was a toilet so very bad smell used to come and water logging was very common, i was frustrated that time, then luckily was upgraded to an ac room, although the room was quite ok from before but the timing for locking the doors was pretty absurd for a working person. The food they provided i think i can cook better than that. I m very much glad that i have left.
