Nice store, large number of choices of gift article kind courteous staff. They are expensive but quality is very good

Government run store, perfect place to buy authentic Benhali culture depicting items to take as souvenir back home but bit pricey.

This is an incredible store for sarees, stoles, idols, paintings and so much more. The staff are polite and extremely helpful. You will find stuff for men and women. A must visit place.

Not a very warm team. When I asked the individual at the counter, regarding any warranty on the handicrafts, which were nothing less than 2-5k minimum, they said there's none and to check properly before purchasing. Doesn't sound right - paying 2k for something and the paint rubs off and you guys don't do anything about it..

Very intriguing and unique selection of merchandise. However, there could be more variety. The choice is rather limited so there is scope for improvement.
