Bison Rise Resorts, Yercaud - Hotel in Yercaud - Salem, India

Wonderful ambience with safe and secluded woods. We stayed there for twice for their hospitality and homely food for kids. Particularly the veg items, non spicy and varieties. But I have to mention the only contradiction we faced is also the food. No proper seating in the dining hall and it's always crowded. Even though the breakfast and lunch time are limited and it's buffet style, they don't serve the items properly. They Serve only for selected tables seperately, may be the resort owner family. Only two tables got the items. It was not refilled in the buffet. It's quite disappointing for a resort with good hospitality. This is the only thing hold me back from reviewing after first visit. But it happened in the next trip too. Highly unsatisfied.

Our stay at the Bison and Rise resort was absolutely fantastic! It was great time with family. Kids enjoyed the stay at the Resort. The General manager mohamed Ismail sir and team were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent.The location of our room was absolutely perfect.The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. One of the best resort Bison rise resort Thank you all.

One of the best resort. Manager Ismail is very very humble and helpful. Location is excellent. Buffet was huge with lots of variety and taste is superb!! We have enjoyed all the activities like zipeline, rope activities. Night campfire was really good. I must say yercaud trip is incomplete if you miss this resort. It is a great combination of luxurious room with best location and top of it cherry on cake is their hospitality which you will not get in any resort. My daughter got small injury due to her fasting she fell down because of no energy. Immediately staff has provided medicines, bandage . There were workers who gave a good massage with hot oil and my daughter felt well in no time. Because of this resort we enjoyed our trip with full fledge. Salute to their hospitality. Keep up the good work.

Post-Covid visit to resorts has mostly disappointed us since the service element was barely satisfactory, despite the prices being jacked up acutely. But our visit to Bison Rise Resorts was such a beautiful surprise and so satisfying, having spent 2 nights at this place. The food was average but the property is beautiful, well maintained and is a great place to spend time, for kids especially. A special word of appreciation for the thoughtfully built rooms - We were at the Family suite room and we thoroughly enjoyed the bunk bed with our kid. The manager, the service staff, the restaurant guys everybody were so warm and hospitable that we have been referring this place to our friends and family. Worth trying this place.

Well maintained rooms and great room service also they provide drivers rest rooms and beds the only problem was there is no mobile signal but the resort gives a wife

This place people can learn how to treat the guest. They treat us as a family guest. After my first visit 5 of my friends family visited and enjoyed the service. Especially the service. They provided the taste of the food was very good. I would strongly recommend this resort for the family stay as well as the friends.
