The fee of this gym is quite reasonable as compared to the rest of the gyms in the vicinity. The management is quite co-operative and helpful. Ther trainers are helpful. Equipments needs some repairs. It's nice.
Gym has good facilities. Maintenance and cleanliness is pretty good. It is spacious and spread across two floors. Professional and capable trainers. Currently being trained by Personal trainer Mr. Arun. He Keeps me motivated and pushes me to my maximum limits at the gym. He has also provided me a customised diet plan and also suggested few exercises that can be done at home when unable to come to gym. I would highly recommend him for his in-depth knowledge on overall fitness and professionalism.
One of the best Gym I have been to, the service and the trainers are really good. Not only in the service are they good hygiene wise also they have maintained it really well. Management is also very cooperative and Understanding! I have taken a personal training session for 3 months now and My PT trainer is shankar Who is really dedicated towards his clients. Thank you bison fitness for this amazing experience!
The trainers are cool and helpful, it's just some of the equipments that needs to be repaired and checked. Quite affordable as well. Over all I'll give it a 4 of 5.
I've been coming here for the past few days and love the layout of the gym as well the equipments they have. I've been training with Mr.Arun and he has been a amazing trainer with knowledge on the workouts and exercises that has to be done in order to attain my fitness goals.
