Had a very good experience with Bismillah Lehnga Shop, the staff is so helpful and polite, and the collection is very beautiful. Also they have a wide variety of items in every trending color and embroidery. They make sure to make the customer feel very comfortable as they're eager to help and are courteous. Compared to other leading rental stores in the valley, their prices are the most reasonable.

A looter and over prices with no ethics of customer service.. I rented a sherwani and in addition also paid 500 (chai) to these thugs..when I returned the sherwani they r saying it has a mark of ice cream which needs to clean n will cost 900..They r just looters sitting there..

After visiting and leaving atleast 5 stores ,I walked into the Bismillah lehnga shop baramulla and found exactly what I was looking for.Quality is good , unique designs are available . But the one star is for the behaviour of baramulla branch. Pathetic customer service, salesperson will behave as if you are buying the lehnga for free.They dnt knw how to treat a customer .A shops value is measured just not by the range of products but also how the salesperson deals with customer.Absolutely berserk and nonsensical behaviour shown by salesboy and girl .will not recommend to anyone

The shop is no doubt very famous but the quality of sherwanis is very cheap and they are charging you hefty amount as rent. You can fetch out a couple of thousand bucks more and get a new sherwani stitched. They seriously need updates in their collection and need have costumer friendly prices for rentals.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the purchase of a sherwani, which compelled me to share my terrible encounter with others. I visited this store that claimed to offer quality sherwanis and exceptional customer service. However, my entire experience was marred by their deceitful and selfish practices. First and foremost, upon arriving at the store, I was informed that I had to pay a whopping 60 percent of the total amount as a booking fee. Although I was in dire need of a sherwani, this excessive demand left me with no choice but to pay the exorbitant amount. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of my ordeal. Soon after leaving the store, I stumbled upon several other options that offered better sherwanis at significantly cheaper rates. Realizing my mistake, I decided to cancel my order within the stipulated time period of 24 hours, as clearly stated in the terms and conditions. Being located in a far-flung area, I preferred a local store to avoid additional carrier charges and inconveniences. As per the agreed-upon conditions, I promptly contacted the store to cancel my order and requested a refund, deducting the non-refundable 25 percent of the total amount. However, to my dismay, the owner blatantly disregarded the terms and conditions and refused to provide any refund whatsoever. It is important to note that the delivery date was still a considerable time away, making their refusal even more unjust. It became evident that the store was taking advantage of my distance and the difficulties associated with returning the sherwani. This lack of integrity and unwillingness to honor their own policies left me feeling utterly betrayed and cheated. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with this entire experience. It serves as a stark reminder to others to be cautious when dealing with such establishments. I strongly advise against making any advances exceeding 25 percent of the total amount and, furthermore, discourage anyone from visiting this particular store. Their deceptive practices and self-serving approach are utterly unacceptable and should not be tolerated. In conclusion, my experience with the sherwani purchase was nothing short of a nightmare. The store's refusal to abide by their own terms and conditions, along with their lack of empathy and disregard for customer satisfaction, has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
