One of the worst hospital in kollam. Nurses in casuality department here are devils will definitely pressurise the patient and eventually lead them to death, behaving without any humanity. Don't go there if you value your life. Only money making hospital they don't value patients life.
It was horrible experience today I had, my friend passed away due to cardiac arrest due to their medical negligence, even after confirming the death authority run behind us for a small payment without any bill. The official messenger is a nun who doesn't know proper local language and make the people tensed. I strongly says NO this hospital
Excellent experience, we had our baby boy delivered in this hospital. Our experience was highly positive in many aspects. Dr. Minupriya super knowledgeable and took all possible care to get the baby safe and healthy to us. They try their very best for normal delivery and only in emergency cases they go for c-section. Overall experienced and knowledgeable doctors. Very helpful, empathetic and approachable nurses. During our stay, there was a dietician to provide proper food for the patient. Lot of care was given in the food for easy digestion while surprisingly keeping it homely as well as super tasty. Can't miss to mention behaviour of any person including the security personnel there, they talk with a lot of compassion and makes your time there feel home. We took the deluxe room.
They have eye hospital block called Ozanam. There is an opthalmologist there who looks and behaves like a kaakkoottk. Never go to him because he does not know how to behave with patients. Though my surgery was fixed there I walked out of that hospital following two consultations with this kaakkoottk
I got admitted at the Emergency suspecting cardiac ailment...at 9 15 am, and though the ECG showed variation I got a pantaprazole injunction only and put me on observation. There was no effort to make further check ups. It took more than five hours even to conduct a tropinil blood test and another hour to do the TMT...the result of which fortunately found to be negative... how ever it may be noted that it was only after the intervention of the PRO Ms Rana that the tests were expedited... The cardiologist Dr.Joseph Cardoz was also coordial...How ever my efforts to inform the delay in conducting emergency tests to the management turned out to be futile as no one was picking calls.. I am left with the impression that if you have some one to take care of you there at the hospital, you may get the required treatment...otherwise it's waste of time...Against this back drop how can one give a high rating...
Very Good doctor and nurses. However, my parents (senior citizens) had to wait in the ward for 5 hours to get a room. The bathroom was not at all hygienic as the toilet did not have toilet seat.
Minipriya Ma'am, who is an expert in laparoscopic surgery, made my mother's operation painless and successful. My mother had undergone an emergency surgery last week, and she is in good condition right now. She said she didn't even felt the pain. Special thanks to Minipriya Ma'am.
Its a usual private hospital like others, moderate cleanliness, some of the doctors not good as they make a patient stay too long in hospital rather than making the patient cure and leave the hospital. As this hospital is under Catholic church, usual management things. An above average place for nursing study as they have an old nursing school. Anyway an Ok one but not the best one.But not a better place to stay long.

Mr. Arun M.S. helped us to find the right vehicle for us. We are grateful for his sincere and honest efforts. He served us with lot of options. Gave us ample time to go for what we need. Didn't exert any sales pressure.
An ideal place for learning and curing. All the courses conducted by the centre are of excellent quality with good learning experiences. The highlights of courses are the good practical sessions. Sir's role as a life coach is commendable. Definitely
