Received biryani parcel without chicken dum pieces..
First of all, their packing was so good. I was amazed. And coming to taste, first it felt good. But later on, it turned out dry. I felt like I'm eating some flavoured rice with chicken pieces. The " Biryani " feel was not there afterwards.
Partially cooked biryani rice. Better if you can order 1 biryani of your choice for the first time. If you like the texture and taste of rice then only proceed with your other biryani orders. One thing to note, though there are various biryanis, its like added curry on top of same biryani rice. So spend wisely rather than wasting food like us.

Very poor safety measures here.. cutlery like spoons being used are very dirty. They are re using the disposable cutlery, very cheap. Oily and stinky spoons are being issues to customers. When asked they said its the order from owners. Whoever it is.. covid time and this level of cheap savings is not good man..
