Biryani Mahal - Indian restaurant in Patna - Patna, India

Ordered this from swiggy. And this is what hygiene means to them. The whole biryani smells like an insect. I am feeling like i should lodge a complain with FSSAI. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Biryani specialist....... Lot's of food they served.... Like tagri kabab tikka so on...... Sometime too crowded and wait for your turn specially Sunday or a vacation day.... For biryani and chicken lovers.... Veg is also not bad.... But if you are veg then I recommend don't go there...... They are chicken specialist..... They provide Takeaway food service also

I ordered chicken biryani and in one plate there was only one piece of chicken and no raita. Horrible I ordered this on phone I confirmed for raita but there was no raita. And for this you have to pay 200/-

Many people do like the food here but I find the taste quite normal. Nothing extraordinary. I caught them rinsing spoons in the common wash basin instead of kitchen sink. Hence, I would not like to eat here.

We visited this place, it was good, price is little bit expensive, we ordered: Butter Nana - 3.5/5 Eeg Curry - 4.5/5 Spl Chicken Biryani - 3.5/5 The food is good,the staff as well. And they won't provide gravy for biryani, one thing that made me feel bad that no smile on their faces... I request the BM team to adopt new measures and things to grow your business, and spread hospitality and happiness....

Worst Service and stale Biryani served here. Had ordered Egg Biryani and the eggs had foul smell.. The manager - Kunal also accepted this and said he had received multiple complaints. I paid Rs. 162 for the poisonous food and he said he will refund only Rs. 50 as eggs were spoilt, Biryani was good..?? Is this even an argument..?? @Zomato @Swiggy - Is this how you rate your restaurants.???

BAD EXPERIENCE. Service was exceptionally rough, they don't even give you bill, over that chicken was not cooked properly, by that I mean I found blood in tandoori . I would never recommend anyone to dine in or even take away.

My experiences have been mixed. It carries a very famous name but the service hasn't been at par with the Original Biryani Mahal, near Kotwali. Recently I visited the place, absolutely full (amid the pandemic) and I wouldn't recommend dining-in. Also, they served me uncooked chicken. I had ordered a Chicken Afgani Kebab and Chicken Kali Mirch. Both were just not cooked well (raw from inside), the chicken was very dry. Mixed feelings.
