Again on 9/9/23, I ordered 1 hyderabadi chicken biryani with starter and 1 kathal biryani. The starter was very good. Kathal was undercooked and bitter. The biryanis were awful..very bland, no masala, potato skins but no potatoes, three bony chicken pieces which were just boiled and placed in handi. Also, minimal strands of fried onion.Quantity was deliberately less may be to cater to other orders. It was a horrible dining experience again. Knowingly, such pathetic food is provided so that further orders can be taken care of with no improvement in quality. Absolutely no change in quality and quantity since my last order 10 months ago. Will never order again from BBK. There are many good options available. Ordered this time due to demand of my guests. They too were disappointed as other BBK branches don't serve such horribly bad biryanis that too at such a high price like this Malad West Branch. Waste of money. Old review: Yesterday(10 months ago), I ordered Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani ( serves 2) with starter and 1 Paneer dum biryani(serves1) via Zomato from BBK. It was a horrible dining experience. There was no biryani masala in the handi and 4 bony chicken pieces like boiled chicken without flavour. Rice quantity was very less 1 1/2 inch below lid and served only one person. It was like a tava fry chicken pulao. Waste of money. Paneer dum biryani had only 7 very very tiny pieces of paneer with 3 very tiny capsicum pieces. Very less biryani masala. Less rice quantity. It was like a tava fry paneer pulao. Again, waste of money. I chose biryani over Pizza yesterday and regretted my choice. BBK, is this what your Malad West outlet serves? If there was a shortage, you should have cancelled the order instead of cheating. I brought this to the notice of Zomato. They told me to write a mail! Last week, I had ordered Chicken Tikka Dum biryani and Kathal biryani twice via Swiggy- Malad Kandivli BBK outlet. It was amazing! Thats why I ordered again. But this time it was a horrible horrible dining experience. Good food quantity and qualitywise should be your aim instead of cheating.

I ordered a half kg Paneer Tikka Biryani yesterday, quantity was too less. It's almost equal to one plate (portion) biryani of regular restaurants. Only one person can eat this biryani, whereas ideally half kg biryani should feed at least 2 ppl. They weigh a fully prepared biryani instead of just rice and other ingredients in addition to it. Leading to a very small quantity of the final product. Taste was also not good. Tikka biryani was sour in taste. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Totally worth the wait. Ordered veg Hyderabadi briyani. It had the perfect taste and texture. It has left me and my family completely mesmerized with the quality of food delivered. Thank you for giving us such a great experience at the comfort of our home.

BBK is One of the well known brand serving premium quality biryanis traditionally all over India. I have heard alot about their lip Smacking biryanis and wanted to give it a try so finally ordered for todays lunch. Ordered for - Hyderabadi Veg biryani Paneer 65 No doubt the biryani turned out to be just the Same as I heard about it from my friends. Fresh and Perfectly cooked veggies in Biryani prepared in authentic aromatic flavours sent in along with condiments, raita and saalan. Even the Paneer 65 is a must try, it has a nice south indian flavour and the paneer chunks are super soft and perfectly cooked. Contactlesss Delivery and order was on time Talking about the packaging, presentation was super good and much more better than expected . Hyderabadi Veg Biryani is served traditionally in a pottery, matka which had proper tamper proof top notch packaging because of which the food delivered remains piping hot. Amazing biryani... They also have boneless chicken biryani for those who don't enjoy chicken with bone... Plus you can select spicy option to make it extra spicy.. The only negative point in boneless chicken biryani is they only have an option of 1/2 kilo... But must try...!

Recently I ordered Veg Hyderabadi Biryani, Veg Galouti Kebab and Matka Phirni from Biryani by kilo. The Biryani was cooked to perfection with flavourful spices, good quality rice and lots of veggies. The kebabs and phirni were delicious too. The delivery was on time and their packaging was amazing. Totally enjoyed our meal. Must try.

The food was bland with no spices whatsoever. The description said 1/2kg portion. But the rice wasn't 1/2kg, infact the portion wasn't even sufficient for 1 person. In the name of raita I was served only plain curd with some salt, no onions or other vegetables in it. Overall a very poor experience and would not recommend anyone to buy from here

We decided to order in something new this week, mid week are always great days to not cook and hence, this. The food we ordered was loads of biryani and dessert. The packaging was really brilliant. They served up mini candles to keep the food warm and the biryani was served in an earthen pot which was covered in atta. It was really good. We ordered the below: 1. Malamaal murgh dum biryani: the murgh biryani was very very soft and lovely. It had lots of chunks of chicken along with masaledaar rice and biryani. The quantity was really large and I loved the taste. 2. Firni - half kilo: This was half kilo full of firni which was creamy, smelling of saffron and had lots of dry fruits. Really enjoyed this heavy end of meal offering and was perfect to end the lovely meal. We really enjoyed the food and the taste of it. It was lovely and I'd love to order in again.
