Very bad experience, rooms are not at all maintained, bathrooms are not clean. People at reception are not friendly and not approachable. Had Booked 2 AC rooms and the price is not worth the tariff. As the room windows are facing the highway complete disturbance throughout the night.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Service was very good... Staffs were very nice and polite. Very big car parking, food was very tasty. We had very pleasant stay. Thank you

We booked delux ac room for one day. The AC was not working, the washroom was horribly dirty, leakage from tap, very bad odour, can't be used at all. The bed sheet, pillow cover, towels have turned black in color, stinking condition. Mineral water which is mentioned in facilities was not served even after asking for it. We were not even asked for IDs during check in. It was one of the worst vibes we felt w.r.t security. we have left the premises in an hour. There was no food available around, minimal options with terrible taste as well.

Review about rooms. Very old and ugly rooms. White beds & towels had turned brownish only good thing is it has large parking space and easily accessible to nearby places.

A decent stay at melkar, situated at the Mangalore Bangalore highway, few meters from bus stand. Birwa has a spacious ground floor parking, a pure veg hotel, non veg bar and restaurant, AC mini hall, roof top hall. Rooms are spacious with Non AC, AC & Delux Rooms. Stayed here multiple rooms, like AC & AC Delux Rooms. Rooms are priced from 850 to 1200 which is pretty decent to the spacious rooms, toilets. No power failures. Room service available. Manager Naveen is very friendly.

The vibe at hotel is very good. Recommendable for all top class and middle class and everyone. Nice and clean place to stay. We came to the place in very uncomfortable health condition going out like felt like home. Thank you very munch Mr.Santosh and Annapurna veg restorent the food supply clendiness was top class. Thank you very much all hotel and restorent staff........

Reasonable price, good hospitality, rooms and bathroom are neat and tidy. Food service is available veg, non veg and bar till 11pm. Ac rooms are available. Ask for Mr. Nandu room boy. Enough parking space. Large space area in rooms. 24hrs check out and hot water. Rs.800/without AC and Rs.900/with AC. 3.50km to B.C road. Different kinds of Shops are near by.

Hi I am Sumithra Rao. Four of us we stayed in A/c room for 1 night was worth for money but we have to purchase water bottle. Room and toilet was spacious and clean and they provided us clean bath towels and soap.staffs all are good. Mr. Naveen provided us good service and he is following us about our arrival. Veg restaurant also provided us nice meals at 10.30 night and staffs also very polite. In Toilet also they have to give atleast shower facility and has to maintain more clean. Family people can stay nicely In room they has to provide atleast drinking water and with bath towels and soap they suppose to provide tooth paste and brush which was very common in every hotel. Totally worth for money. Thank u for everyone who served us nicely
