It's a very good place to study. well maintained classrooms, a good surrounding and a zone with silence

Went there for a seminar. The infrastructure is awesome and the campus is big, but is quite far from the main road. Prefer taking a private vehicle, else it'll be long walk.

I have been a passout of this place and 5 years later, i really miss this place. So, a revisit to the memory lane made me realise how beautiful this place is. A lot of cultural events keep on happening in college. Biotechnology professors are good, and they teach you well only if you have the will to learn. Weather is great, shopping options nearby include main road , ranchi. Multiple eating options like hot and cold, mehak canteen. Smoking areas are in the campus.

Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra is a public deemed institute in Jharkhand, India. It was established in 1955 at Mesra, Ranchi, by the industrialist B. M. Birla. The institute was later headed by G. P. Birla, and the present chairman of the board of governors is C. K. Birla It offers 58 courses across 8 streams. BIT Mesra has a total of 17 departments offering undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programmes in popular streams such as Engineering, Science, Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Hotel Management. As a college BIT Mesra is a great option. Few of my friends attended the college and here are their thoughts regarding it. The college campus is serene and full of greenery. The infrastructure and facilities offered are great as the college has rebuilt its main building a few years back Sports and gym facilities are decent. There is a separate gym in the girls hostel. The placement scenario for BIT Mesra is good, especially for branches like CSE/IT. In the 2021 placement drive, the average CTC offered was INR 11.76 LPA. Overall, it is a good college.

Best Engineering College of India. Green environment, good placement, excellent experience.Some guys had also rated BIT with 3 star. It seems like you also wants to pursue your engineering from great college and though you are good enough but not quite good enough so ends up at the bottom of private engineering colleges chain from Pune? or Noida or Punjab okay okay from Banglore or Chennai. Therefore now you are jealous of those who have talent that you never had and 780 acres of lush green campus and an average placement of 14.04 lacs is not enough for you.(source: siliconindia/engineering/survey-2012).So i would like to tell you that no matter where you placed (if placed) you find BITANS are one step,three steps,seven steps ahead of you. Enjoy your college life and admit it you never deserve a college like BIT Mesra because Bit Mesra is a kind of talent only area.I am pursuing my BE in CSE from BIT mesra .an amazing experience.loved it

I did my BE here. The best thing was the LAN network and DC++. 1. Nice institution for CSE because of placements. 2. Serene atmosphere and good infrastructure. 3. Average faculty. 4. Needs more funding and more perks to students in terms of scholarship and amenities.
