Birla Industrial & Technological Museum - Technology museum in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

I actually underestimated this museum to be small and not so entertaining but it was such huge that it took me a whole day still couldn't completely see and enjoy each and every part of it. However it is comparatively small and has much less rides and experiments for teens & adults (which Science City has). But it was worth it and provided way way more than we payed. Totally recommend.

This is famous for Science and technology expedition and experience for kids and elder person Simple science experiments and demo all explained nicely. I love this place since my school times.

It's a fantastic and marvelous museum for Technology and Science in Kolkata. I think everyone should visit once this place, although it's not possible to visit and observe all the galleries in a day because there are huge things to know and learn. Every age group from child to old will be interested to visit this site. There are amazing galleries like automotive and transport, physics, biotechnology, planetary systems and galaxy, mathematics, electricity, digital gallery, television, children's gallery and so on. One of the fantastic shows is coal mine. This museum is a marvel of education, science, technology and engineering. Here I'm attaching few pics of visit. Thank you.

Best place for those interested in science and technology. Many different divisions for individuals like mathematics, physics, etc. All age groups enjoy this place. Bonsai inside this place are amazing with different shapes. You can spend time here with friends and family. All who are interested in science and technology must visit once.

Lots of things to learn. Different departments for different subjects. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very educative , especially for students. The Science show and coal mine are the best part. Parking available
