Pathethic Biriyani. The Management has changed I guess. Biriyani was good before. The current one is highly disappointing. Low quality sticky long rice. Fried tasteless chicken pieces which was not fresh. The egg yoke was disgustful when I was chewed. It seem they uses old ingredients. Over priced at rs.160. The Mahe hotel at triveni complex near KSRTC Kottayam gives much better biriyani at rs. 90. Lastly, it was the worst lime ever. Uff!! Only Pros they have - proximity to KSRTC and Thirunakkara.

Previously the biriyani was good, but last day when i had the biriyani, the chicken was not fresh and now i am suffering from food poison. I have recommended your shop to many of my friends before. But after this experience i will never recommend you guys. I have a small request, please serve good food for the amount you are charging. Eating the 170 Rs biriyani, ended up spending 1000 Rs for consulting doctor and medicine !!!! BEWARE!!!!

Biriyani Hut was once famous for its delicious biryani. However, over the years the food quality has failed significantly. With no parking space and its location close to the busy road, dining with kids can be risky. The management needs to take customer feedback seriously and step up their food quality, otherwise they will struggle to stand out among Kottayam's many biryani options.

Best food, smiling staff, environment insode is not that good but ac rooms r perfect for family. Got complimentary tea in last which was fab

It's kinda crowded place. But the food is awesome.. So it's worth waiting for. Best biriyani in town i must say.

Very bad fud after paying rs 160..making customers fool..authorities please wake up and make a note of these type of restaurants and seal them..it was the worst fud in kottayam..chicken pieces in the biriyani is not cooked properly...plse dont do to customers like..this..plse
