Its a nice property, the rooms are big and spacious but one thing which needs to improve is cleanliness of rooms. You will see dust around, bedsheet are not properly cleaned. Apart from that, it's a amazing property, spacious parking, quiet place.
Definitely the best homestay in Kathgodam. The owner Mr. Aditya Bedi has built this house as their home, and they have done it with the bottom of their heart. Luxurious rooms with airy spaces and lovely lush green little gardens. We had an extremely comfortable and relaxing stay here. Tea and breakfast are available here, and Food can be ordered from outside, or you can just walk for 100 meters and reach the main road to explore the available options.

No less than a luxurious Bungalow, but it's very reasonably priced such that a middle class person can also afford to stay here without having to shell out lot of money. The hosts and caretakers are very welcoming, making sure that you have a comfortable stay. Spacious lawns, King sized beds, dining hall - they have it all. However I felt that some food items can be somewhat lesser priced in accordance with how the Homestay is priced. We had tea which was decently priced though. Would love to visit again for a longer stay
