Bird Airport Lounge - Lounge in Jauligrant - Dehradun, India

An average lounge located at the first floor of the airport. Dehradun/Jolly Grant Airport is quite small as of now and the lounge is adequate for the crowd. Everything is pretty satisfactory. As a localite I leave my residence after proper meal & rest so I don't use the lounge service much.

Food tastes good. Food choices are ok. Space is less and more people are in the airport lounge. I would like to visit again when it's not rush hour.

The lounge is located on the 1st floor - the wifi was good, the food was average but options were limited and this is expected from smaller airports! The seating is good but that is limited as well. They accept most cards, but few common cards are not accepted like hdfc regalia, which seemed odd!

A very small lounge, maybe with a seating capacity of 20 people. Most of the cards I had were not accepted ( Amex, HDFC regalia...). ICICI only corporate cards were accepted. My husband's SBI visa card was accepted. Luckily for me, DBS bank's ( earlier LVB) international debit card ( which I have never used so far) was accepted. Difficult to locate the lounge in spite of the size of the airport. It's located on the mezzanine floor. Limited food items like jeera rice. Palak paneer, vermicelli kheer, rajma were available .A coffee vending machine is there.

I must say one of best lounges in a small airport, Service was super amazing, the food was delicious and the view of the runway was breathtaking

AC Was not working during our visit forcing everyone to leave as early as possible ( maybe a tactic to not allow the lounge to get over crowded) They accept major Credits cards for free lounge access ( i used my Diners Club card) And apart from fixed buffet, they also provided chapati based on request Food tasted good And in beverages - they had only aerated drinks ( would prefer a normal fruit juice) Follow @Foodtastingmission and @chennaifoodcommunity pages in insta and youtube for more such reviews

Pathetic Food Arrogant Staff, except for the man who is receiving credit cards in the reception When I enquired the placement of Bowls, one women working there is shouting with Arrogant face and hand gesture.. I went away without eating much due to that experience. Decent Ambience for which I added another star

I had a wonderful experience at the dehradun lounge. The food was absolutely delicious. The hospitality of the staff was on point. Special thanks and a big shout out to Mr. Ankit Singh for his amazing hospitality and catering with all his dedication. Overall a very good experience
