I can confident say it's the Best gym in trichy! It has all the necessary equipment required for bodybuilding/weight loss. I took the personal trainer membership with Biju Menon and had been training for past 6 months. He is an incredible coach with friendly mannerism who understands how you operate and suggests food and training accordingly. Also the training he gives will squeeze you out and you will leave the gym session with atmost satisfaction and motivation for the next round... I would definitely suggest this gym for everybody.. :)

It had been 2 years in the gym I have never regret joining here because of the trainers who treated me as a brother and I got a good results especially because of Biju bro who gave me a proper diet plan and supported me by his motivations speech and that motivated me a lot.

Bipin's fitness has a great ambience for gym goers. The trainers know well to handle their clients' needs. I personally train with Biju and he is well known for his knowledge in strength, resistance, endurance training. He does not only train his clients for the sake of achieving the shape they desire but also takes intense care by understanding the client's capabilities and willingness. He pushes us to do the extremes as well watch us out for our limitations to avoid any injuries even that may occur over time and has never once rushed though it takes longer than the allotted time sometimes. Overall if you want to train yourself in a healthy way, Biju at Bipin's fitness is the go to guy.
