Very good all persons in Bindu gas services.

Worst customer support they maintain who behave completely irresponsible towards there consumers. I have raised complaint regarding Empty Sealed Cylinder which they have delivered and later we noticed and informed bindu gas shakthi , here customer support female staff are very arrogant and they said they are going to deliver the gas cylinder within hour but they have not and closed there at 5pm and no cylinder got delivered

Customer staff are the worst, management should consider the reviews and take prompt action

Delivery boys r rude nd demanding money

Gas booked 1 week back until now we didn't receive the cylinder, before booking only received message what is going not understanding, went to office also they told today you will get cylinder but still didn't receive worst service, please look into this

I am really upset with the delivery issues with this agency . It really sucks . I have booked my cylinder on 11 march now it is 16 . My second cylinder has also ran out . I don't know what to do . Facing this issue first . Because of this agency I am facing many problems

Have to improve customer service, improve to lifting phone calls, even small equiry or doubts completed on phone calls, transferring connection, address changes, cell number changes etc doubts just completed on call. Even their time also saves in these pandemic days.
