Very rude staff... They have no respect from their customer.... Please look for other hotels like hotel riverfront....only they have made fancy looking building rest everything is okayish compare to the price they ask. Request to management to ask ur staff to be polite

Such a waste of time staying in this hotel in Chitrakoot. An employee named Arun in reception misbehaved my family members and do not afford such valueless hotels. I have to stand with my whole family for 1 hr outside room no 214 as their maintenance service and that stupid fellow of maintenance could not able to open our door. Neither there TV is working properly nor their CCTV and also we have asked the house keeping for pillow which they didn't provide me even after saying many times. My suggestion do not go for this hotel at all if you want a comfortable stay.They do not have manpower for room shifting also they are using their security person for the same and in my room chair also was missing.

Decent hotel. Nothing special. Hot water is available from taps but would be mild.

Ok, overall experience -Average 1. Room was big and spacious. 2. Washroom was average. 3. Toilet seat was not totally clean and pot had spots. 4. There was no Fan in the room, we had to ask for the fan or some other arrangements, and then they provided one farrata fan. 5. Food- we ordered some snacks, taste was good. 6. Breakfast - Buffet, not much options were available, poori bhaji, poha, idli, suji halwa , buttermilk, watermelon juice (taste was not good) 7. Receptionist was not friendly and didn't respond in a friendly manner. No greetings at all. 8. Service was good. I would give 3 stars. Thanks for reading this till the end.

Very third class hotel, no hot water, intercom is dead, Ac is tired overall wastage of money. And it is outside for city this is big drawback.

Nice Ambience and superb service, one the best place to stay in chitrakoot. Highly recommended.

Good hotel, problem with hot water supply in room. No hot water available on tap, in the rooms. They provide hot water in a bucket. May be this is a temporary condition.

Very good hotel. Neat and clean Big rooms, Big washrooms. Location very good. Food yummy.
