BIMR hospital Gwalior is best in medical services... My father got admitted for nose surgery and it did very well. Nice staff, cooperative and we'll behaved. Plenty of parking space.
Very rude behaviour of employees
Even the doctors also cames very late. Just wasted 3+hours for simple cough medicine
General, Specialized & dedicated emergency services, facility for admissions, operating rooms, separate wards for males & females.....all specialist doctors are available during routine hours & ON call in emergencies....., professional staff, in house pharmacies, own AMBULANCE.....they also have a paid parking, canteen, prayer area..... on panel for several companies & army personnel.....one of the best hospitals in town, though NOT the cleanest......they have a HEART centre, CANCER treatment centre & also TEST TUBE (IVF) facilities too..
Worst behaviour from the ayushman help desk person, they don't even have manners how to talk to an helpless person... I even complaint to the central help desk but no response from their side....
