Bimala Hotel - Hotel in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and maintained. It is located in the marketplace in the centre of the city, so the surroundings might seem a bit crowded but only walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. So, it was worth the money and overall, a good experience!

We went for a Ranchi trip during August 13-16 and stayed at Bimala Hotel. It's a very nice family hotel. The owner is very cordial and helpful. Rooms are clean and we loved the way they are maintained. The hotel is near the Main road, but close to the Daily Market which is a chaotic place. If you do not mind that, you should choose this place.

Don't stay there. My check out time is 7.30 Am I had to get fresh in the morning due to which I will be late by 30 minutes. so he charged for another day i had to pay 1000 rs extra. Very bad service don't stay and he didn't give me GST receipt

Hotel was clean and room was specious. Location was perfect as everything was in walk in distance. However 2 facilities mentioned in their website were misleading and it must be removed immediately to avoid confusion. First is that local are allowed however when I informed reception team that my uncle will join who lives same city then receptionist told me its not allowed and asked me to cancel my booking. It was very hot that day and I don't have any options as I was too tired while travelling. Secondly in their website it's mentioned that reception is open 24/7. As I booked hotel to attend one wedding event. So when I reached Bilmla Hotel by 12:15 am I found that main entrance was closed. I tried to call several time to given hotel no but nobody answered my call. Luckily my uncle was with me who came to drop me. So I left to my uncle's house to sleep but it was embarrassing for me. Next day when I reached hotel next day to collect my luggage and asked why nobody answered my call then they said that they slept. It's really shocking . Hopefully they are going to update their website after reading this review.
