Very good service offered by the doctors, staff and nurses. Special thanks to Dr Tamil Iniyan who was extremely helpful from the time of admission till the discharge. He followed up our process from time to time. Overall my mom in law's surgery was successful and she is recovering well.

I had accompanied my mom to the hospital for some ortho related issue. We were attended by Ms. Shobana who was very warm and patient while assisting us throughout. She had ensured every step of the way at that the tests were done properly and she was ports were collected. Good service.

Car parking arrangement here is very worst in the city. You have to pay parking charges to visit this hospital even if you are patient or visitor no excuse. If we complain no one cares about it. Just asked to fill feedback form about the issue. They says first one hour is free, but you won't come out within one hour if you are not visitor.

My overall experience with Billroth hospital was very good. Doctors Kumar's was very caring and gave the needed support. The nurse practitioners were very supportive. However the rooms and amenities needs more improvement.

My mom (very weak) was admitted for a week In Billroth hospital to treat a complex lymph node issue. Within a few days all necessary data including PET-CT was collected to thoroughly understand the root cause and treatment started immediately. I am very thankful to the entire medical team for their special attention and timely efforts. I stayed as an attendant with mom and very impressed to see a large team of Doctors/Nurses/Helpers providing friendly and kind care with high respect. Special thanks to Chief Doctor's positive attitude which motivated the entire team. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Insurance Team is not working efficiently before discharge literally raising the BP for attenders Not following the proper procedure of Health insurance formalities at earluest Kindly take necessary action .. Timely discharge will allow the room occupancy of other patients which will helpful for other patients needs. nurse practitioners were very supportive. However the rooms and amenities needs more improvement.
