Got my treatment done here. Amazing work done. The procedure to be done was explained well in detail before commencing .Must thank you for making my dental experience as painless as possible

Extremely disappointed with the service, no doubt the ambience is good and the equipments used but treatment was a bad and horrible experience for me and my little girl. I had a tooth filling to be done as I missed my original doctor appointment. I was recommended by my family member to visit here as I had to fly abroad. I was initially filled by temporary filling which was out within 2-3 hours, where i was charged. Then was called next day for permanent filling and sadly was charged again, not that it was doctor mistake n adjust the rate accordingly. Disappointed. My kid too had a tooth filling to be done along with root canal last process. She had already completed her root canal process (2 steps) with some other doctor just tooth filling process was left (last step) but i was charged the rate of root canal, saying it was the rate of pre root canal process which was already done by other doctor. Disappointing her filling is out now within 2 months and has a bad ache. Took her to her previous doctor for treatment now. To do this entire procedure in and through i was charged a bomb. Paying is not an issue, main issue is lack of proper treatment which did not stay permanent, for both of us. Let me share one more incident, i had a tooth cleaning done before starting the entire process. The cleaning was not at all done proper. I could feel it through my tongue and was informed by Healthway dentist as i was there for my normal general checkup before leaving, saying I required teeth cleaning as it was bad but to my disappointment I had done the cleaning in Billion Dollar Smile two days earlier. Extremely sorry for this bad review but i am really disappointed as my kid treatment started all over again with some other doc while me scared for my filling to fall off as dental process is very expensive abroad (which was informed to both doctors before starting the procedure) and total amount of money i spend with bad service. Talking good to customer is just not enough, proper treatment is must as ppl pay for the service, hard earned money. I will and would not recommend any of my friends and family members to visit this place. Good luck to both doctors on site to treat others better and giving good service. Allah Kareem.

Got my treatment done here with Dr. Saniya. She was kind enough to explain the procedure and clear all my doubts. Dr. Atif and Saniya make a great team to keep the place hygienic and well maintained so that patients can get all the necessary treatments done without a hassle!

Visited this clinic all the way from Mumbai, as it was highly recommended by a relative. I'm in process of getting my aligners with Dr. Atif. Absolutely worth all the travel for the work done. The doctors there are really friendly and make you feel at home, which I personally think is important to overcome the fear of going to a dentist. The clinic also is aesthetically pleasing and very hygienic. One hundred percent recommend it for all those who fear going to dentists and have an apprehension of how their teeth will be taken care of.

It was the most relaxing time I had. I'm scared of dentists but for Dr Saniya can go again coz of her ease of handling the teeth and the ever smiling face...

Dr. Atif and Dr. Sanya were both very professional. I had braces put in January 2023. I live outside India and hence my followup appointments are not with Dr. Atif. However whenever I go for my follow up appointments the doctors always comment on the good job done by Dr. Atif in Goa. Thank you Dr. Atif!

Dr. Saniya did scaling and polishing for my teeth. She's a very good dentist and i would recommend her for all your dental needs.
