Fantastic view from the top, all around. There is also a temple at the top. No food or drink available nearby. The road from the base to the top is completely offroad though it can be done by two wheeler or cars. Need to pay the forest guard to be allowed to go up.
The top provide a beautiful view. Things to know before going. 1. There is a forest check post that closes around 4 pm depending on crowd, rain prediction etc. 2. You have to enter your bike/car details and phone number before moving forward. 3.The last 4 km from the check post is completely off road with a bit difficult terrain to ride. 4. If you are a new rider please don't go.
A nice off road drive place for bikers. Need to get permission from forest department to enter here. On top of hill few sheds are there to relax, bit they are not well maintained. There is Ranganatha Swamy temple on hill. Better to avoid solo driving to this place, as most of the time no people will be there.
Nice place to visit for half day trip. There is one beautiful old temple of Sri Ranganatha Swami, which built under/ beside of one rock. There is one small kalyani (pond) at the another side of hill top. There is no proper tar road to the hill top. The path is full off rocks. This hill is in between elephent path. So the traveller has to be careful about elephants/animals. The place is most suitable to trekkers/off road riders/ drivers. I enjoyed my off road driving in my alto even.. Loved the place..
A must visit weekend place, filled with fog and scenic views. An off-roading paradise for bikers, a car could reach the top but it's difficult while coming back due to rocks and gravel. Highly suggest you reach the place by 7-8 in the morning for the best weather.
Last 4 kms, the road is really bad for Cars after the forest checkpoint. Somehow it is possible. After reaching its really nice view point. At the forest check point they charge 100 for bikes and 200 for cars. View point is worth. Check point opens around 9am to 930am in morning.
A very beautiful place one must visit, it's a forest area and entry is restricted, road to the top is bumpy, temple is open only on Saturday mornings. There are two view points, scenery is amazing
One of best bike rides experienced this year.. They have a forest fee of 100rs each.. You are allowed to enter after 7am only.. 8km of offroad, elephant dung spotting and fog makes the ride best.. It has a very sceneic places.. There is a hidden place near the fences where u have to wiggle in..
