It is an amazingly serene spot. Very clean, very calm. The hustle, bustle and the commercialisation is quite less. The boatmen offer multiple prices for boat rides, some room for negotiation is there. There are no eateries directly there... but the boatmen can take you to an island where lunch could be served if you want. Boat rides are 45-70 mins

Much better than hogenikal fall. Less crowded. You can have boating here as well. 1.5k per boat on weekends and 1k on weekdays. Rest depends upon your bargaining skills. Don't forget to enjoy the fresh fried fish here

It's a great place to chill out for a weekend. As most of the crowd goes to Hognekal Falls, those who are seeking a peaceful day out can stay back here. There is coracle boat ride options. Also you can ask the local people to cook food for you.

Peaceful place got to see a monitor lizard while boating. With lush green forest route. 2 decent view points from Bengaluru route. You will get food to eat so no need to carry. Boatmen's are very generous and kind unlike oganekal boatmen's.

Compared to Hogenakkal, the experience here is less crowded. However, you can still enjoy the same coracle ride, fish, and more. Additionally, it offers a hassle-free experience, albeit with a cost of 2500 rupees per coracle for a group of four.

Place has no problem to eat and drink , there is larger space facilities to group rides and good and bad place, Always open there is no charge for enjoying this place .

Great place and very respectful locals, they will make sure to make your boating experience awesome. I travelled with my wife and my 2 year old kid and never faced any issue as some review suggested about isolated environment and crocodiles spotted during boating, we ourselves spent approx 1 hrs boating. Thousand percent better spot than hogenakkal, peaceful, calm and view of mighty kaveri is awesome....

The place is quite and clean. We had been to the private island, which was amazing. Boys would enjoy if you have planned to do massage. Your joints will play music :) Note - carry food before you get into a boat
