I ordered two mutton bucket briyani for my family. It costed around Rs.4000/-. When we started eating the mutton seemed to be hard while the chicken was also not good. They gave us onion raitha along with brinjal curry as side dish. Now when we started eating there it is, a small pocket like thing inside onion raitha box. Once we took a closer look, it was a Tobacco packet called cool lip mixed along with onion and curd fully. When I contacted the restaurant regarding this, they were casually saying like come we will return it. They didn't even care to say sorry for this mishap. They seemed to be very lethargic with the quality and hygiene of the food. I highly recommend you not to visit them. If I could I would've given zero stars for them.

For Rs200 although a bit pricey, the quantity if briyani you get for take away is very good. They fill up a 1000 ml box. Believe me, its adequate for 2 people. I have no idea about the quantity they serve when you dine in. Also if you order on Swiggy or Zomato you will get only 750 ml box not the 1000ml box. Also ordering online, you will be paying around Rs230 with no coupons (delivery extra). So better go directly and order a take away. Works for me.

A pretty small outlet which will serve nothing more than a quick dine in outlet..the ventilation is a problem here with less fans too so you might end up getting grilled in hot climate...but it has a decent dining area of 20-25 ppl which is kind of clean The service is quick and prompt...and servers are kind of friendly which could also be due to the reason of me being a regular here.. The Chicken biryani is the best here..even in the whole locality of pallavaram IMO...the special chicken biryani made with scrambled egg and boneless chicken pieces is even better and the addition of cashews makes it even better..in addition to biryani this place serves and array of other items too..fried rice and parotta varieties especially which are kind of decent and worth a try...tandoori and grill are average ones... Latest addition being the Shawarma is pretty average with a more spicy and salty version..But it is loaded with filling and is enough for one normal eater... Pricing is pretty nominal for the food served..decent dining space with prompt service and some good food makes this outlet of ya mohideen worth a try...

Biryani is okay but not phenomenal like the youtubers say... It is a normal biryani joint that serves decent biryani that can be consumed once in a while and is not out of this world kinds. If you are hungry and there are no options then bilal is an option to consider

After many years we went to this place to have our favourite Mutton biriyani, oh what a wow briyani that was. Briyani was so tasty and the mutton was well cooked. I was wondering why this place was so crowded and later understood why this hype. Amazing briyani, chicken 65, brain fry and soup. All the food tasted good. Service was excellent and well taken care. There is a wait time to enter but not long. Definitely recommended place for a family dine in. This place is open until 2.30 am so if you wana go crazy with food this would be the right place. They have snacks outside the hotel and samosas and bun butter jam was amazing. They have valet parking so vehicles will be taken care of.

Briyani super taste, but grill chicken is not taste and its very hard and dry. I like mint chutney. Noodles also taste good.
