Food is quite average especially when compared to haldiram food quality. Food (3/5) all types North Indian, Chinese or south Indian. But for friends or family outing it's atmosphere is quite good (4/5). Service is also okay. The online ordering menu is not updated in real time so you have to order from the counter.
Well known brand obviously. Nice place for family and friends to enjoy sweets, snacks, Indian , Chinese and South Indian food. Ample sitting arrangement with nice interior design. The location is prominent, very easy to find. Also having a parking facility so , no need to worry for parking coz it's inside the MALL. Definitely Recommend. I am enjoying the food since I had an office in the same mall.
I got samosas and dhokala packed from their store. The size of the samosas on display was fine but when I got home and opened the package I discovered that they were extremely small in size and bland in taste. The dhokla was packed with stale green chillis while the one displayed at the counter was fresh. I am really disappointed at the size and the quality of both products. Would not prefer to order again . I even called them to complain but no response. Plz Incase u ever get anything packed from them check the contents of the package as the quality of packed items is pathetic!!
Bad experience this time. Visited with my family in the evening. ordered South Indian platter, bhatura, and chilly paneer with rice. My worst experience - worst uttapam I ever tasted in my life as it seems to be deep fried with oil spilling out. Chilly paneer rice was delivered to table after 26 minutes after pushing the chef twice with worst ever taste. It wasn't a rush due to ind nz semifinal, and getting such quality food is just waste of money, time and energy. The whole staff is busy watching the match. Haldiram is more managed , better taste and quick delivery!!!
Food is ok,but service is really bad,AC was not working and when I asked them to switchon ,they replied "AC kharab ho gaye hain",this is the answer we as a customer expect,Than I went to use washroom ,they were out of order. I neven prefer to go at Bikanervala,Jaipuria mall as whenever I go its a big disappointment post covid.
Collection and taste is good for sweets as well as food items. Good variety of snacks and other food items. Large range for Namkeen. A good shop to opt items for gift purpose or for munching. Even you can opt for lunch or dinner. Variety for sweets to eat and get packed. Price is on little higher side. Overall a hood place to eat and take away. A good time pass.
Good food taste but way too costly. 200/- for a simple masala dosa is not worthy.
Bikanervala , must visit since after the COVID , they have made some changes. The sitting at front they have placed racks with products and the billing shifted towards right side of entrance. Apart from the assorted sweets, they now have a wide range of gifting options staring for 99/- and upwards. Try the anzeer cake, they have a exclusive taste. Now you can order birth day cake too. They have started selling dark chocolates , mysoor pak. The packaging is also very attractive.
