The place is a hell hole. Their central AC is defunct since forever. Two tower units aren't sufficient for the area. So be prepared for simmering heat. On top of it, they are seriously short staffed, waiting period is very long. Cleanliness is missing see photo of the drinking water sink. VERY VERY AVOIDABLE.

This is a realy good place which is pure vegetarian. The place is easily noticeable. The all you can have good sitting arrangement nice food and Cleanliness. I cut 1 star just because the restaurant on the upstairs also contains self service which should not be here. Even in the restaurant must not have self aervice.

One of the good food chains of India. You can get Sweets, snacks, foods, lassi, chai-coffee under the same roofs. Payment accepted through cash, card or UPI. Drinking water available. Sitting arrangement up to 60 can be done here

Location is secluded. due to low foot fall, dishes are incomplete. They will serve you alternate dish without ur permission when they go out of stock for original dish. Taste is ok. But overall a showdown.

I had ordered a pav bhaji and Shahi paneer with fried rice.... Pav bhaji had pav which need a hammer or a bulldozer to be broken and bhaji was like sour in taste. Shahi paneer had very less paneer and also smelled horrible. Fried rice was have two types of vegetables and uncooked rice also. Note that all of this was cold Then I called their restaurant staff and the staff was saying that what can they do? Also their staff was shouting in a bad way with inappropriate words. Their manager was calm but couldn't solve the problem. All together if we conclude the experience, staff and food was horrible for a high charges of 1500-2000 INR

I don't know why but when we reached there, no customer was there and firstly it was weird for us because we never saw any Bikaner so empty, anyways we were hungry so sat down and ordered chole kulche those kulche were so hard and there was a smell and very stiffness it seems like either expired or some issue with those. Then we ordered stuffed kulcha thali with daal makhni ad raita, same nothing seems fresh, we ordered Rasmalai that was also not good, then we asked then to pack idli , literally when we reached home after 2 hours it was smelling so bad that we immediately threw away, I would never visit this place again, and will suggest all of you as well that even if you are visiting first order one thing try and taste that and place other orders , we made this mistake of ordering everything at once. We literally not feeling good in the evening after having food from this place.

I found a dead spider sticked inside to my order, sabutdana tikki's container. This was a replacement order of same, they supplied me with a box having mixed curd and chutney. That too was very spicy. The review form is not showing options to attach pictures /video of Same

My visit to Bikanervala was marred by numerous disappointments. The missing order, poor cleaning standards, bad lighting, and the abysmal condition of the bathroom all contributed to a highly unsatisfactory experience. It is evident that the restaurant needs to pay immediate attention to improving its service quality, hygiene standards, and overall customer experience. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this Bikanervala outlet to others.
