I went here for lunch, and the experience was quite good, I had this special thali with lassi, which cost me around 350 rs, it's a little expensive for the quantity but the quality of food was great, the ambience was awesome, The service was also good.

Best fast food, clean place and price are also good. Its near to Airport and opens at 9am. Recommended

Nice outlet, usually busy and waiting time after placing the oder is usually 15mins . Both quality and quantity of food is good. They also serve meethai (sweets) and namkeen, bakery products.

I had a veg sandwich, samosa and a lemonade and it all tasted so decent.

It is located near the airport. Parking is available. The menu is wide and variety is good. Food quality is average/below average. Very dirty cutlery and trays. It was sticky and dirty with previous orders leftover easily visible. Billing was extremely slow. Everything else is fine but the unhygienic enviornment specially during covid times is not. Could have done well with such a big brand name and central location. Service and staff needs major improvement.

Visted bikanervala after ages, it was like a revisit to all the beautiful memories . The taste was mouth watering and staff was pleasant. Keep the quality intact, thanks for serving great food.

It was my first outing at bikanervala this sunday,i.e, 11th feb. As they say first impression is the last impression, my first impression has not been that good. That day i just wanted to eat something South Indian and my wife wanted Punjabi. so we decided to try out Bikanervala. First of all, if you are going by car you can have a hard time finding parking. The guard is not much of the help either. it took us 5-10 minutes to find a parking spot. Then as we entered we saw the place was heavily crowded. You literally have to be on your toes to find any table or grab one as soon as anyone leave. We had to wait for 10 minutes approx before we grabbed one. After going through the menu we decided to ordered Rawa masala dosa and Chole bhatoore. It was around 8:30 pm When i went to cash counter for the payment they told me that they don't have any South Indian left and it would not be possible to serve Chhole bhatoore either. It was one of those moments where you can just pity your luck. Then i asked for chinese combo of Rice+manchurian+noodles and Raj kachori, and was told that Manchurian cannot be prepared at this time. I was a little irritated by then because in any given restaurant or cafe 8-10pm are the peak hours and here the food was already out of order; it was just a mood buster. I just ordered Deluxe thali and hot sundae smoothie to go with it. He gave us our table number 41. From my experience they just can't handle the sunday rush. Order was ready in no time but there was a lot of confusion as waiter tried to serve us honey chilly potato and after a while paneer with naan confusing our order with somebody else's. He tried to convince us asking are you sure it's not yours? we had to show him the bill to send him off. Coming to the food Thali was ok. it served: LACCHA PARANTHA (2/5) (UNDERCOOKED) NAAN (4/5) DAL (4/5) PANEER(2/5) (GRAVY WAS FULL OF CHOPPED ONIONS) MIXED VEG (3.5/5) RICE (4/5)(MEAL SAVOUR) RAITA (4/5) PICKLE, PAPAD, ONE SWEET. Rajkachori (4/5) Sundae chocolate hot smoothie (3/5) too sweet for our liking. I don't think there this a second time coming to this place in any near future. The experience was not as expected.
