The food is good overall. Ordered Aloo Parantha tandoori. It was super good*. Sandwich and kullhad chai were average. The staff behaviour and courtesy take a back seat. Service is slow and discourteous. They even charged extra on the bill and retracted only after a lot of debate !

The incredible food .i visited here two three times but now I really want to appreciate the quality of the food and service by the staff . I tried so many items here and each and every item is so yummy and tasty seriously. The dosa and Sambhar is just beyond my words . I can say that it has a equal competition with Sagar Ratna. Thanks a lot to the owner for this wonderful food they are providing from their trained chef and cook..One should definitely visit this place . The prices of the items are also very reasonable and moreover they are value for money The staff is also very polite Keep it up.and God bless Jai Guru Ji

Majority of the cooked food comes from Delhi in frozen condition which is cooked days ago and accordingly it gets transported. You don't get the freshness in the food. You will always get different taste of the same item if you visit multiple times. Basically you are eating stale food which is made days before and is freezed in order to get transported. Please don't get surprised if you get sick after eating here. Kindly avoid.

Service is poor, I order tea and chole bhatura half an hr ago and I finish my chole bhatura but still tea is not serve. Ok ok foo but service is very poor no matter for give table number and surprise thing is this no other customer is there. After half an hr got tea but not good. I am not satisfied.

They have 50% discount every morning before 10am if I'm not mistaken. We paid 190 for 2 masala dosa and Wada. Super clean place with good typical indian restaurant feel and vibes! Top notch food quality

A well known chain from Delhi that had opened in Ldh a couple of years back. In the intial days it used to be jam packed with people and is pretty well known for their chole bhature. In the recent years the crowd has seem to subside seemingly because of prices and more options but the quality of food is maintained and still superb. The staff is super courteous and hardworking and customize the food to your needs. The taste is superb as well. We had some of the best south indian here in Ldh. P.S. they are running some daily deals with which you can get a couple of menu items for a lot less.

Awesome food and service at this store. I was looking for food options with Onion & garlic during Navratri and called this store for an enquiry. Good response given by person at call from the store and I rushed to BikanerVala as it was quite late at night on 23rd March 2023. A person suggested the best menu at the billing counter and served it with a warm gesture. After dinner I have asked the same person to bring the customer feedback register and write about my awesome experience. During my next day in Ludhiana on 24th March 2023, I have taken my boss and colleague to this store for lunch and order multi cuisines.

Place is not cleaned. The table are vacant but on the table there were left over plates . When this restaurant was opened it was very good but now there are no options available for food only limited food available and the available food is not fresh. I recommend not to go for eating snacks .. Thank you
