A well known place for vegetarians to enjoy their time. Options, especially when it comes to sweets are plentiful. Some new ones looked delicious. You can buy cakes and pastries and gift packets from here. On the first floor you can enjoy food, where there are a fair few options. Service is good and fast. A good place to go with friends, family or even alone.
Good quality, clean food and decent price. Though I feel it lacks coordination in between kitchen and serving staff Becs some customers received cold dish becs I saw kitchen staff just refilled the food on counter but didn't inform service staff, so they served it without making sure it's warm enough. Another recommendation is they should have waiters to deliver food specially when your food is coming from different floors.
They are riding on the brand goodwill, they do everything to disappoint the customer. Today I ordered packed food for 10 people but when I got the food packed found they don't give Disposable plates, what they offered was a small plate. Above all they very conveniently say no to anything you ask. They served mix veg with onion saying without onion n garlic.

This place is always on my list whenever I wish to eat healthy good food at reasonable prices. The variety has also increased over the years including momos and other stuff. Earlier this place was small , with limited amount of seating . But since the renovation of the place , the restaurant has totally changed. There a separate billing counter and a food counter . For some food items you have to run downstairs to get the food which is bit annoying at times . Also the parking area in front of restaurants is bit messy . Overall a great experience at this place
I could give this place 0 stars if that was possible. We had a terrible experience with one of the staff members misbehaving and shouting at us. Attaching a picture of him here. Every dish in the chaat menu tastes the same whether you order bhalla papdi or tikki. I wanted Sev on my dhokla and the server sprinkled like 10 grains on it. They didn't even provide napkins with any of the 5 dishes we ordered. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Will never go here again.
