After over 11yrs of loyal patronage to this shop, it was a truly sad & disgusting experience this time. We come all the way from Bangalore every year and buy atleast 10-15sarees, this year not only was no range shown to us but the sales person was practically misbehaving. He even said "apnader ke haat bajar samaan tai bhaal lagbe" which shows his level of thinking and his class. Sad. After all these years, they have lost a loyal customer for good. Never coming back. Please choose any other option to have a much much better experience.

Superb Quality Product & Reasonable Price
There is too much collection of various sarees but price is little bit high. And there is no fix price,i bought a saree by 1800/- Durga Puja time, the price of the same saree in November is 2200/-.
Can I exchange my product after buying?
They deal with customer based on look, if customer looks wealthy then they behave like a professional else they are very arrogant. Even if customer complaints about their staff, owners neither care nor have a little courtesy toward the customer. I am not sure about others review cause this same behaviour I have heard 10-15 years before from my father who is above 80 years now and due to which my whole family does not like to enter their shop and in these recent years their attitude have not changed a bit toward the world and customer. I feel this time I was wrong to prove my father's view. I hope this review either help the shop keepers to change their mindset or people like me who expect a good gesture and attitude as a customer from such a big shop will think once before visiting their shop 2 nd time.
