BIHARI BY NATURE - Restaurant in Muzaffarpur - Muzaffarpur, India

Update : I have raised the rating from 2 Stars to 3 just for the acceptence and courtesy from the team of 'Bihari By Nature' and hope that they will definitely work to improve the taste of food in their restaurant. I would also like to suggest them to visit 'Muskaaan Fun & Food' in Sarai, Vaishali to check on the food and compare it with the food served in their own restaurant. It will help them understand where they are lacking. Two stars for the Interior and ambiance, other than that the food served was really below average. Super dry chicken tikka and Chicken Chilly which genuinely needed Coke to get swallowed. Bhuna mutton was just boiled mutton stir fried in Garlic, onion and tomato. Naan was so chewy that we had to leave it in the plate. The only savior was the Egg Noodles which was above average. The chilly vineger served to us was already ised by some other diners as the viger had rice in it and there were couple of insects as well, you can refer the pics uploaded for details. And this is not the issue with just Bihari By Nature, all other restaurants in Muzaffarpur are same, they mostly invest in look and feel of the restaurant and leave aside the taste of food part. Over all the restaurant food does not go along with its name 'Bihari By Nature'.

Food is good but service is slow.The ambience and look of the restaurant was good.

Food is good, you can enjoy it with your family. The service is good and the staff is very cooperative. The interesting part is the ambience. Even one smoking hall is also there. If you want to smoke you don't need to go outside.

Had the worst experience you can expect with a fine dine it's not always about the ambiance or photos. Food isn't always just meant to be posted on social media the first thing anyone expects with a restaurant is "QUALITY FOOD" . I went their few weeks ago with one of my friend and we ordered biryani ( chicken obviously) later we got a hybrid of fried rice X pulao basically "so called biryani" with extreme hard spices it was okay and bearable until my friend went sick a day later and the we found out it's "FOOD POISONING" like seriously? this is not something I expected

Good vibes ,Good food , great memories...very beautiful interior and design respecting bihari culture food was delicious and economical have a great time with your family and friends... Overall Nice place to visit

We family of 10 adults visted the restaurant on 15th june to celebrate my sisters birthday. It was horrible experience. The food was very bad in taste. We have ordered 4 vegetables out of which 2 were worst. Dal was very thick. On top of that the management was not hearing to any of our complaints at all. I strongly feel that its a waste of money and time to visit the restaurant.

Very very sad experience. The quality of food was very bad. Service very poor. Behaviour of the manager was very casual and rude. When the preparation of food was not appropriate and it was brought to the notice of the manager he didn't take any interest and we returned the vegetable but the charges were taken from us. Dal fry was served at the last moment. The mix veg was also very poor in taste and big pieces of carrot and cauli flower were not baked properly. I do not recommend any one to visit this restaurant. The management should take note of the situation at his restaurant and if corrective measures are not taken I afraid the restaurant will be in great trouble.

It is very important for a restaurant to maintain the quality of their food and most importantly the services offered. Recently I visited the restaurant with my family for my birthday. The food served had no taste, delayed service and a lot of attitude is what we received from the Manager. Usually when we go to a good restaurant and we don't like a dish prepared by them, they make sure to replace it with the modifications but I guess that's something that was not taught to the Manager at Bihari by Nature. They not only spoiled our mood, our evening but were also not even bothered about the feedback we shared with them. To all those who want to have a great time in Muzaffarpur, please do not visit Bihari by Nature.
