This place will never meet customer service expectations for many people and neither will it meet hygiene and sanitation requirements. But(a huge BUT) it does not seek to serve that segment at all. This awesome mess easily attracts all the students and foodies who wish for nothing but a comfort food that has both the adequate taste and the affordable price of close-enough home cooked meals. I am sure this is not the only one in the area,but still happy to note that it is one of the good ones out there.
Been ordering food from here and consecutively for days, Idk why zomato rating on google is less but its higher on app. Since I order online and so impressed, putting a review here solely on food taste. It's delicious, homely and the achaar is incredible, been a long time have tasted one like this esp UP origin. Tried the PUA in sweets which was also a banger. Anybody who likes granny's food would love the food from here, it's that nostalgic. Simple and amazing.

Worst ever baigan bharta i ever had.it was filled with green peas baigan was not roasted and mashed.masala was just poured on top. It was not baigan bharta by any way god knows what it was. It was pathetic.
