I never saw their manager in the store but i don't think he even needs to show up at the front desk. Their employees are doing absolutely a perfect job of handling customers and cleaning up and tidying up the restaurant well. I am not sure if this is not called "Perfection" then what is. Atmosphere wise . . . . Very calm and feel like home. You can spend your time here and let go of your worries, spend some quality time with the food you like fresh and delicious. And about customer service . . . People working there don't judge a book by its cover. Their behaviour and attitude is the same as everyone.

We have ordered a medium side paneer based pizza, along with garlic toast with cheese which they call garlic bread... pizza is somehow good but that garlic bread concept was pathetic... the cheese was like some desi stuff and the bread was not a garlic one. I heard that biggies pizza is best in locality but as per me it was not upto marks..specially for garlic bread

I take My Puzza To Home.......... It Was Really Tasty Whenever I Visit Muzaffarnagar I always go to Biggies Pizza Because the Quality and The taste is Really Good......

Must visit place, pizza was so fresh compared to what is served at other places. We ordered Veggie Supreme Pizza 9/10 Paneer Makhani pizza 5/10 Masala Garlic bread was a disappointment. Drinks Iced Tea-9/10 Vannila shake 8/10

Great atmosphere and the food is also good. The new branch is really well designed and attractive. One of the best place in muzaffarnagar to chill.

Enjoy yummy pizza in a good ambience.. sitting arrangements and interior is so good. They have kids friendly sitting. They have swings in place of chairs for sitting and my daughter enjoyed a lot. We had ordered veg masala masti pizza which was yummy , garlic bread and choco lava for my daughter. we loved every dish.
