5 star amenities and family friendly environment. Trainers are excellent with adequate help during workouts. Clean washrooms and overall an excellent place to workout. There is a seperate lady trainer for training my sister which is very helpful.

This gym is more than i expected in every way from the quality of gyms in the area. I have been to many gyms and this is by far one of the best gyms I have been to. Especially the secure feel my sister gets from this gym and the training advices are also very effective since ive been here for about 5 months.
